The in-house designed and in-house machined molds range from modular tooling (customer standardized frame styles) to fully dedicated multi-cavity/multi-drop hot runner tools.

Options available for the precision tools include supply cam action, insert tooling and hot runner systems.  The insert tools range from leadframe style to semi-automatic loaded singulated terminals for multi-cavity tools.

Our expertise includes tooling for thin wall, engineering grade polymers, such as, LCP.

Various types of steels ranging from high strength alloy to pre-aged steels are available.

The tooling is designed on AutoCad, manufactured in a state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing facility, inspected and tested for customer compliance prior to installation at the customer's facility.
